Hooray, the updated 2018/2019 USA Rugby Game Management Guidelines have been published!
USA Rugby has released the 2018 Focus Areas for referees. These cover the breakdown, scrum, space, lineout/maul, foul play, and advantage.
World Rugby has released a simplified law book for 2018. The simplified law book is designed to make the laws easier to understand while not altering the meaning of them or how the game is played.

USA Rugby has released Game Management Guidelines updated in August 2017. These guidelines are a great resource for players, coaches, and referees. These guidelines also include the 2017 Law Trials.
